Grow with us!

Our internship programs are for students, teachers and community leaders who wish to go deeper into the world of sustainable biointensive food production.

We combine classroom teaching and hands-in-the-dirt experience to provide the theoretical and practical basis for understanding how to grow soil, food, seed and community.

Our programs are led by Master Level GROW BIOINTENSIVE® instructor Matt Drewno and our staff at our Research, Education and Demonstration site Victory Gardens for Peace in Mendocino.

Matt also holds certificates in permaculture and ecological restoration, and a degree in Architecture and brings an integrated approach to our curriculum and garden work. He has worked for over 10 years with Ecology Action and community leaders from around the world in sustainable food production.
